Digital advancements have greatly changed the behaviour of financial services loyalty programme members across the globe – however, which region is the most dependent on digital and where are we struggling to connect?
Financial Services loyalty programmes often have incredibly diverse member bases, so it’s essential that we understand how member behaviour varies on both a global and local basis. To understand this more, we’ve produced an infographic highlighting the regional differences in the digital behaviours of 2,500 loyalty programme members. And below is a sample of some of the insights we found:
- All regions of members have fears over data security
