Customer Touch Points Definition

Customer touch points are all of the physical, communication and human interactions that your company’s customers experience over their relationship lifecycle with your company. New and recurring revenue programmes that offer additional products and services over and above a brands core offering need to be made available at every contact a customer has with the brand and site. Touch points represent an opportunity for greater conversion of the programme and foster the overall brand experience.
