This year's theme, "Bold Strategies for Growth”, covers two track themes of 'Ancillary Revenue Generation & Merchandising' and 'Travel Loyalty & Co-Brand Cards' both with a dedicated focus on key issues and challenges for airlines and travel companies.

The Freddie Awards is one of the airline and hospitality industries biggest and best industry awards and we cannot wait to attend!
Last year proved to be a very successful ceremony for our clients, with FlyingBlue picking up a staggering five awards and AccorHotels two. We wish them (and all of our clients) all the best for this year’s awards ceremony!

At the end of February, we attended Loyalty 2017 which was in our hometown of London. As always it was a great chance to discover and discuss the latest innovations in the loyalty industry and meet clients and partners, old and new.
We also took the opportunity to share some of our latest thinking and work we’ve been delivering for our clients over the past year. As our E-Commerce Director, James Berry, delivered a brilliant presentation exploring the value and importance of integrated marketing campaigns to drive greater member engagement. In October the Collinson Latitude team headed over to Toronto, Canada, to take part in the seventh annual Mega Event.
At this year’s event, there was a great line-up of guest speakers, including Alex Malfitani, the Head of Loyalty at TudoAzul, Danielle Brown, the Vice President, Marketing at Points, and Ian Pringle, the Senior Manager of Retail, Travel & Virgin Partnerships at Virgin Atlantic.
Being based in Toronto (the headquarters of our partner Points), we thought we would take advantage of our many clients, colleagues, friends and partners being all in the same place at the same time, by co-hosting a party. The aptly named, ‘Awesome event.
